It can be taught to lone mothers as well as couples.

The KGHypnobirthing course consists of 12 hours of training delivered at your convenience .
The price includes literature and recordings and can be taught virtually by live interactive video classes or in person.
The fee is £200 for a virtual course and £400 for an in person course in central London or suburban Kent.
A brief refresher course is available at £50 for virtual or £100 for in person.
You can have your course with or without a partner or share with another expectant person.
The sooner you start the more time you will have to practise before the big night.
